  1. Ingredients: Pork bones, corn, yam, red dates. Chop the pork bones into pieces, cut the corn into pieces, peel and cut the yam into pieces. Because yams tend to turn yellow when peeled and cut into pieces, I didn’t take any photos. I cut them and put them in the pot directly.
