Hometown Green Vegetable Stems
Overview
I ate a dish called Chinese cabbage stalks from my hometown in a restaurant and thought it was delicious. I tried to make it myself when I came back, but I didn’t expect it to taste quite good.

Wash the green cabbage stems and cut into pieces.

Prepare 6 pieces of garlic and 6 small red peppers.

Prepare 6 small red peppers cut off, 6 garlic slices, and an appropriate amount of tempeh. Cut 2 green chilies into small pieces.

Put the oil in the pot, heat it up, add the chopped red pepper, garlic, and tempeh, and stir-fry for a while.

Add the green cabbage stalks and stir-fry.

Add appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce and stir-fry.

Put a bowl of water, cover and cook for 1 minute, then open the lid and cook.

When there is still some soup left, add green chili and stir-fry for a while.

Serve on a platter.
