Overview
I like to eat cake rolls very much, and I have made a lot of cream and jam ones, but I will inevitably get tired of sweets after eating them for a long time. This is the first time I have made this meat floss cake roll. The salty aroma of homemade meat floss matches the softness of the cake. It doesn’t feel greasy at all. I can eat a big piece of it by myself!

Add 5 egg whites with white vinegar, salt, add 60 grams of sugar in 3 batches and beat until wet peaks form.
