Stir-fried bullfrog with garlic
Overview
I haven’t eaten bullfrog for many years. When I caught a discount in the supermarket, the bullfrog was sold at the price of a small dish. To satisfy my craving, I fried a big plate of three bullfrogs and ate it all.

Steps
-
Cut the bullfrog into small pieces, add salt and marinate in light soy sauce for 1 hour
-
Fried bullfrog half-covered in oil. Added a little less oil and it stuck to the pan. Once cooked, put on a plate first
-
Saute the garlic until it becomes fragrant. If you like it soft, stir-fry until the skin wrinkles. If you like it crispy, stir-fry twice. The garlic doesn't taste salty. Too much salt will cover up its fragrance. Just put a little salt on it
-
Add the bullfrog and continue to stir-fry. Add a little water to boil. The bullfrog may have parasites, so boil it for a while to be safe. Because salt is added when the bullfrog is pickled, no seasoning is required. Remove from the pot when the water is gone
