Boil rice dumpling leaves and calla lilies until soft in advance.

Soak the glutinous rice one night in advance until soft.

Put three rice dumpling leaves together and fold them into an awl shape.

Add glutinous rice and red dates in sequence.

Fold the rice dumpling leaves back in half and wrap them bit by bit.

Wrap and tie the rice dumpling tightly with calla lilies.

Pack a pressure cooker.

Add water, the amount of water is slightly higher than the rice dumplings.
