Boil the pork belly for 10 minutes, then cut into square chunks and let cool;

Use toothpicks to prick holes on all sides (for easier flavoring), first apply a small amount of honey, then light soy sauce, fry on all sides until it changes color, then soak in cold water (forgot to take a photo);

Cut taro into large pieces and fry;

Cut the soaked pork belly into large pieces, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and bean curd together with the taro and shake well;

Place the meat skin side down and arrange it spaced apart from the taro slices. I had a little too much and made two plates;

Steam for one hour

Take it out and use a butterfly to invert it onto a plate.
