Ingredients: Pickled vegetables (washed).

Tofu

Place the pickled vegetables on the chopping board and chop until ready to use.

Place the tofu on a cutting board and cut into pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, add sliced tofu and fry until golden brown on both sides, then remove.

Leave an appropriate amount of base oil in the pot, add the chopped pickled cabbage and stir-fry.

Then, return the fried tofu to the pot, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence, stir-fry and serve.
