Cut the lotus root diagonally.

Put it into a pot of boiling water and cook for two minutes

Chop garlic, chilli and set aside

Healthy and long-lasting hemp oil for later use

Fry garlic and chili

Stir-fry the garlic and chili and drain the lotus root into the water

Add lotus root and start frying, then add salt at the end. It doesn’t take more than a minute to copy, because the lotus roots are already cooked when the water is boiled
