Sauce-flavored tinfoil baby cabbage
Overview
Baby cabbage is rich in nutrients, but my family’s cooking method is relatively simple, mostly adding soup or stir-frying. I bought a roll of tinfoil at home today, and I wanted to try making tinfoil baby dishes

Prepare baby cabbage, garlic, red pepper, and white sesame seeds

Chop garlic and red pepper

Remove the roots from the baby cabbage and cut it into sticks

Heat oil, add half of the minced garlic and stir-fry

When the minced garlic turns golden brown, add the minced chili and stir-fry

Two spoons of oyster sauce and one spoon of fresh soy sauce to make a dipping sauce (you can also add some sugar)

Stir-fry the sauce and minced garlic and chili pepper

There is also half of the minced garlic for final polishing

Put the baby cabbage into tin foil

Sprinkle some white sesame seeds on top

Pour the fried ingredients over the baby cabbage

Put a little oil in the pan

Place the entire foil package on the pan and bake

Bake for a few minutes, then put on a plate, cut off the tin foil and enjoy~ The sauce is rich in flavor, and you can go down easily with a bowl of rice
