Wash the beans and cut into small pieces.

Marinate the minced pork with a little cooking wine, salt and ginger slices for 15 minutes. Slice chili garlic cloves.

Place the cut beans in boiling salted water until they turn green. Take out the supercooled water, drain and set aside.

Heat oil in a wok and sauté garlic and chili until fragrant. Pour in the marinated minced pork and stir-fry until the water from the pork disappears.

Add the beans and stir-fry.

Add light soy sauce, a little dark soy sauce, salt and sugar to taste, stir well and serve.
