Pan-fried silver carp steak

I like this fish steak. The meat here is the most tender part and it is especially delicious when fried.

Fish steak is the bone-like part in the middle of the fish.

Cut into pieces and add onion, ginger, pepper, cooking wine, salt and peppercorns.

Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

Remove the onion and ginger and pat dry on kitchen paper.

Put oil in the pot and fry the fish steak slowly over medium heat.

Fry several times in between until cooked through.

Plate.

Grind black sesame seeds and sprinkle on top.

It’s simple to make and very delicious.
