Fried dumplings
Overview
The light was not very good, so the photo results were average, but the taste was very nice!

Three ingredients: dumplings, homemade scallion oil in the bottle, which tastes more fragrant, and starch

Preheat the oil in the pan, place the dumplings on top and fry slightly

Add water and a small amount of salt to the starch, stir well and introduce it into the pot

Cover and simmer over medium heat,

Evaporate the water to dryness

When it comes out of the pan, the crispy layer underneath tastes great.
