Boil the vermicelli with boiling water until cooked, remove and drain

Boil the tofu skin in boiling water and cut into shreds. Cut the carrots and green bamboo shoots into shreds.

After the water boils, blanch the three shredded silkworms in 4 for three minutes.

Take out the blanched shreds and put them into a large bowl, and add the vermicelli as well.

Place ginger, minced garlic, shredded green onions, shallots, salt, peppercorns, sugar, and oily chilies on top.

Pour in boiling salad oil, appropriate amount.

Pour in a small spoonful of vinegar and appropriate amount of light soy sauce.

Stir the seasonings and vegetables evenly and pour in the sesame oil.

Plate and serve.
