I want to eat hot pot at home, but I don’t know how to make it, or the taste always tastes bland and tasteless. Then use the chef’s hot pot restaurant-specific method to make the same hot pot flavor as in a hot pot restaurant in just one minute!

Prepare an all-purpose package of hot pot base ingredients (including hot pot base ingredients, seasoning powder, stock powder, and hot pot red oil). First put the base ingredients into the pot, then add the seasoning powder and hot pot red oil. (Note that the soup stock powder cannot be put in directly, it must be taken out and cooked separately)

Prepare one portion each of onions, ginger, and garlic. These condiments are readily available in almost every house and are relatively easy to prepare. Place directly into the pot.

Prepare the stock. It's very simple, just take out the broth powder and brew it with boiling water. When ready, pour into the pot. (If you want to have both taste and nutrition, you can make your own bone broth instead of broth powder)

After all the ingredients are prepared, put them all into the pot, add the stock, and bring to a boil. After boiling, you can start rinsing the hot pot.
