You can do this if you have leftover fish meat after cooking the bighead carp fish head with chopped pepper

Remove the head from the bighead carp, cut the fish into pieces, wash and drain, add salt, pepper, red pepper, a little sugar, and soy sauce and marinate for half an hour.

Slice ginger, cut green onion into sections, and cut lemon peel into cubes. Set aside!

Spread the ginger cubes evenly on the bottom of the rice cooker, then spread the shallots in sequence, pour a little vegetable oil, then spread the lemon peel, and finally pour in the marinated fish pieces! Sprinkle with a little sesame seeds!
