Oatmeal Steamed Pork Ribs
Overview
Steamed pork ribs with rice noodles is a classic home-cooked dish. This time I made an improved version, adding an appropriate amount of oatmeal to the rice noodles. After the ribs are steamed, they are fat but not greasy, soft and tasty, the rice noodles on the outside are soft, and you can eat the fragrant and nutritious oatmeal grains. It is really delicious. You can also use sweet potatoes, pumpkin or taro as the base, and the ingredients will be very delicious.
