Fried noodles
Overview
Zhajiang noodles are very popular in northern China, and Shaanxi, Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangdong, and Northeast China also have fried noodles with different preparation methods. Korea also has fried noodles, which were brought to Korea by overseas Chinese. They use spring sauce (black bean paste) as seasoning, plus onions, shrimps, meat, etc. But the arrangement is quite exquisite, with noodles in the middle and a pinch of purple fried sauce in the center, like a plate of handicrafts. Zhajiang noodles are a unique food in Beijing. They are made of vegetables and noodles mixed with fried sauce. Cut or cook cucumbers, Chinese toon, bean sprouts, green beans, and soybeans and make them into dishes for later use. Then make the fried sauce, stir-fry the diced meat, onions, ginger, etc. in oil, then add the soybean sauce or sweet noodle sauce and fry to make the fried sauce. After the noodles are cooked, take them out, pour them with fried sauce, and mix them with vegetables to make fried noodles. The noodles I made are not authentic, but they taste great😍😁😄
