Pumpkin Honey Bean Roll
Overview
This is a kind of pasta that I bought outside before. I improved it myself and share it with everyone! The quantity of ingredients in the recipe is an approximate estimate. Chinese people mostly cook in moderation, and friends who know how to cook can also estimate it, so there is no need to worry about the accuracy!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Soak the red beans in water overnight, wash them, and pick out the bad beans
-
Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil. Put the soaked red beans into the pot and cook for about 1 minute. Blanching is to remove the beany smell
-
Put the blanched red beans into the rice cooker, add an appropriate amount of sugar, I also added a little brown sugar, and press the cooking button to cook the red beans
-
Place the cooked red beans in a crisper. If they are not sweet, sprinkle some sugar evenly layer by layer
-
Pumpkin slices are steamed in water
-
Beat the steamed pumpkin into puree and let cool
-
Melt the yeast with a little water and pour the cooled pumpkin puree into the flour
-
Mix the flour with yeast and pumpkin puree into a dough. Note: There is water in the pumpkin puree, so there is no need to add water or a small amount
-
Let the dough rise until doubled in size
-
Take an appropriate amount of fermented dough and cut it into small equal parts
-
Roll the dough into thin pancakes
-
Place the red beans prepared previously and smooth them
-
Roll the pancake with red beans into a roll. When rolling, press the roll tightly
-
Add water to the steamer and bring to a boil. Add the prepared red bean rolls and steam over low heat for 10 minutes
-
The red bean rolls are ready
