Clean up the mackerel: remove the head and tail, disembowel and wash, especially the black membrane on the abdomen

Cut the fish into two pieces crosswise from the tail to the head. Be sure to cut it with one knife because the fish will fall apart easily. Place it in a baking pan covered with tin foil

Drizzle with olive oil and spread evenly, then sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt and marinate for half an hour

After half an hour, add minced garlic

Cut a fresh lemon, place it on the fish, put it in the preheated oven, and bake at 220 degrees for 15 minutes
