Steps

  1. Put the pork belly into the pot with cold water, add a few peppercorns and ginger slices and cook for about 20 minutes until cooked.

  2. Wash the cabbage and tear it into small pieces with your hands.

  3. Cut the cooked pork belly into thin slices, pour oil into the pot, add the meat slices and stir-fry.

  4. When the meat slices are fried until lightly browned, add dried chili segments and peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant.

  5. Add cabbage and stir-fry. The heat should be turned down a little in this step.

  6. After the cabbage is fried until soft, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce.

  7. Pour in a little vinegar, add salt to taste and serve.
