Truffle stewed chicken
Overview
There really aren't many ways to make truffles, and they seem to be used more often for stewed chicken. For this rare truffle, I bought a chicken to accompany it. The lazy stew method of the electric claypot is more trouble-free and does not require squatting. After chopping the chicken, I found that one chicken was too much and I had to eat several meals. Half a chicken was enough. Select the automatic setting and simmer over slow heat without worrying about overflowing the pot. The soup rarely boils, and a pot of clear chicken soup is produced. The soup is clear and the fat is sparse, which meets the low-fat standards. . . A little less salt, or even no salt, to make it fresh. . .
