I cooked it in a pressure cooker. Boil the water in the pot, add the colorful glutinous rice balls, and stir immediately to avoid sticking to the pot.

Prepare three eggs, one for each of us.

Crack the eggs and crack them directly into the pressure cooker. After it is slightly set, stir. Add red dates. My red dates are steamed by me, so I put them in last. If it is unprocessed red dates, it is better to cook them together with glutinous rice balls.

Turn off the heat and add appropriate amount of brown sugar. I only used a small part. Can be added according to personal taste.
