Ingredients
Steps
-
Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Place the separated egg whites in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Add vegetable oil and milk to the egg yolks and stir evenly
-
Add flour in 3 batches and turn the batter into stir-fry
-
Do not stir the batter too much to prevent the batter from becoming glutenous. Set aside the prepared egg batter and start making egg whites
-
Add the fine sugar in 3 batches, use a whisk to beat the egg whites until they are like fish-eye bubbles and add 1/3 of the first batch of sugar
-
Continue beating until the egg whites begin to thicken, then add 1/3 sugar
-
Beat the egg whites until they form texture and add the remaining sugar.
-
Beat for a while until the egg whites become wet and foamy
-
Fold 1/3 of the egg whites into the egg batter and mix evenly, then mix gently using a chopping method
-
Then pour all the egg batter into the egg whites and mix evenly
-
Pour the mixed egg batter into the baking pan. 175 degrees, just bake the middle rack for 18 minutes. (The temperature varies in different ovens)
-
After the copied cake comes out of the oven, tear off the parchment paper, let the cake cool, and use a 6 cm diameter cutting tool to cut out slices of round cake. (I forgot to take a picture)
-
Beat the cream until it is ready for decorating. If you like it sweet, you can add sugar
-
I put so much effort into the production that I forgot about the filming process, haha, sorry!
