Steps

1. 1 Mix the rice flour, water and sugar evenly, then stir over low heat on the stove until it becomes thick.

   

2. 2 Add warm water to the yeast, cover it and let it sit for ten minutes. Pour in the yeast water. The rice milk should not be too hot, just a little warm.
