Hot kohlrabi
Overview
The first time I ate this dish was when I was in college. There was a Sichuan snack in the school, and it tasted really good. At that time, I specifically looked at the ingredients, and then I tried to make it myself. I don’t know if the procedure was correct, but at least the taste was pretty good. This dish is quick and easy to make, has a fiery taste and is an absolute rice killer.
