Onion-flavored pumpkin pancake
Overview
Pumpkin pie is probably more popular as a dessert. I have always wondered if it could be a savory pumpkin pie. An accidental discovery made me enlightened. If you happen to have a piece of pumpkin, why not make an imaginary pumpkin pie. However, I was a bit lazy and the process of making pancakes became a bit embarrassing. Pumpkin contains a lot of water, and it will become watery after adding salt. If the water is squeezed out at this time, the subsequent situation may be much better. I don’t know if I was reluctant to part with the water or just lazy, so I just added eggs and flour. In fact, if you increase the amount of flour at this time, the situation will be much better later. However, I just don’t want to add flour. I mainly eat pumpkin. If there is too much flour, pumpkin becomes an embellishment. The result is that the cake has a high water content and is extremely soft. Although it can be spread into cakes, it does not require much tossing and can be squeezed into a pile with just a flick of the spoon. After breaking it a few times, I finally obediently and carefully slid the cake out from the edge of the pot, which was considered a good appearance. Although I was a little frustrated, I was still quite satisfied when I saw the last two complete cakes. The cake is golden in color and looks a bit eye-catching
