Wash the shrimps and cut off the tails and the sharp spines on the heads

Open the shrimp head slowly, don't use too much force to avoid breaking it

Use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp intestines, then gently squeeze the head to remove the shrimp intestines and sandbags together

Marinate the prepared shrimps with cooking wine, shredded ginger and pepper for a while

Spread some shredded ginger on the steaming plate

Place the marinated shrimps on the steaming plate
