Overview

Ever since I learned how to make soft cotton toast using soup seeds, various types of toast have appeared on my table, including bean paste toast, which I also like very much.

  1. Make the soup: 10 grams of flour, 60 grams of water, put in a basin and mix well, then heat over low heat while stirring until it becomes a paste, turn off the heat and let cool.

  2. In the bread barrel, add soup stock, water, eggs, flour, sugar, and salt in order. Make a small hole in the flour and add yeast. Start the dough kneading program to knead the dough.

  6. Knead the risen dough evenly and deflate, divide into three equal parts and let rest for 15 minutes

  7. Use a rolling pin to roll into an oval shape.

  9. Roll up from top to bottom.

  10. Place in a toast box for secondary fermentation.

  11. The fermented dough is about 9 minutes full, and a layer of egg liquid is poured over the surface.

  12. Place in the preheated oven at 180 degrees, on the second to last level, and bake for 35 minutes. Be sure to cover with tin foil after 10 minutes of baking.
