Tomato Egg Noodles
Overview
When I was shopping for vegetables in the supermarket, I saw tomatoes on sale, so I bought a few and made tomato egg noodles in the morning. They are nutritious, beautiful, delicious, and easy to make.

These are the three main ingredients.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat evenly.

Wash the tomatoes and slice them into slices.

Boil the water and start cooking the noodles.

Cook according to instructions for five to six minutes and remove.

Heat the pan and pour in a small amount of oil, less than you normally would for stir-frying. Add tomatoes and stir-fry until red.

Push the tomatoes aside and pour in the egg mixture.

After the egg liquid has solidified, smash the eggs and stir-fry a few times.

Add 1 bowl of water. You can also add a little tomato paste like I did and cook until the water boils.

Add appropriate amount of salt according to your own taste, mix well and cook for another minute or two. You can taste the saltiness.

Pour the cooked tomato and egg soup into the noodles, mix well, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and you are ready to eat.
