Cut the beetroot into sections. If it feels a little old, you can tear off the outer skin.

Shred the carrots, flatten and chop the garlic cloves.

Put oil in the pot, first add minced garlic and carrots and stir-fry.

Add the vegetable greens and stir-fry until cooked, add salt and oyster sauce to taste and stir-fry evenly.
