Abalone with sauce
Overview
During this season, seafood becomes cheaper. The medium-sized abalone sold in the market costs 3 yuan each. I went there in the morning and the fresh abalone that just arrived was relatively large. I carefully selected a few and came back to process them. Corresponding to the Braised Abalone on the Tip of the Tongue, I chose a simpler method. I only made a sauce and enjoyed the natural and delicious taste.

Remove the abalone meat from fresh abalone and remove the internal organs,

Clean the side skirts.

Cut the abalone with a knife and steam it for 3-5 minutes.

Make appropriate amount of fresh abalone juice, add water and sugar and mix thoroughly,

Add a little oil to the pot and sauté the garlic until fragrant (the garlic should be crushed as much as possible). Pour the prepared fresh abalone juice into the pot and bring to a boil. Adjust the taste and thicken with water starch to a suitable concentration. Arrange the steamed abalone on the plate and pour the prepared sauce on it.
