Overview
In order to make very authentic pizza, I not only read a lot of pizza-making books, but also went to Pizza Hut many times with my son to taste their pizza. After such a long period of practice, the pizza I made is no worse than Pizza Hut.

Put all the dough ingredients into the bread machine, choose to rise the dough, and ferment until it doubles in size. (These ingredients can make 3-4 8-inch pizzas)

Divide the risen dough into 3 equal parts (can also be divided into 4 equal parts), knead evenly, cover with plastic wrap and ferment for 25 minutes.

Brush the pizza pan evenly with olive oil.

Use a rolling pin to roll the risen dough into a round cake slightly larger than the pizza stone.
