Banana Candy
Overview
I had some wonton wrappers left over from eating wontons at home two days ago. I originally planned to cook them into noodles, but then I saw that I still had a bottle of Kewpie salad dressing at home, so I decided to try another way of eating them, wrap them in bananas, fry them into candy-like shapes, and eat them with salad dressing.

Prepare materials.

Peel the bananas, cut into small pieces, and cut crosswise.

Place the banana segments on the wonton wrappers, dip some water on the edges and wrap them up.

Wrap bananas in wonton wrappers like candy.

Heat the oil in the pot until it is 70% hot.

Add wrapped candies and fry. Use chopsticks to turn the candy several times in between.

When the skin is golden brown, take it out and place it on kitchen paper to drain, put it on a plate, add salad dressing and serve.
