Shredded garlic pork and white mushrooms
Overview
A mixed dish, because of the addition of garlic, the unique grassy smell of white mushrooms is covered up. Cut into long strips the same size as the shredded meat, it tastes soft, smooth and has a very good taste.

Wash white mushrooms.

Cut into long strips thicker than chopsticks.

Prepare shredded pork and cut garlic into inch-long pieces.

Heat the oil in the pot until it is 50% hot, and add the shredded pork.

Stir fry until white.

Add white mushrooms.

Sauté until the white mushrooms become soft and serve.

Heat another pan, add garlic and stir-fry.

When the garlic turns soft, add the fried white mushrooms.

Add appropriate amount of salt, very fresh flavor, sesame oil and stir-fry evenly and take out the pan.
