Steps
-
Place 300 g of flour. Pour 20 grams of oil, 1 egg, 25 grams of milk powder, 1 gram of salt, and 25 grams of sugar into the bread machine, and slowly add an appropriate amount of water while stirring. (You can knead the dough by hand if you don’t have a bread machine)
-
Knead the dough in the bread machine for 15 minutes.
-
Add 4 grams of yeast. Continue the button kneading program for 25 minutes.
-
Add 15 grams of butter one after another (you don’t have to add it if you don’t have it)
-
Knead until the film comes out.
-
Wait for fermentation.
-
It's enough to grow it until it's 2 to 2.5 times its size.
-
Divide into 3 equal parts.
-
Roll it into a tongue shape and roll it up from top to bottom. The second and third ones are also rolled up in the same way.
-
Leave it like this and continue drinking it, then roll it into tongue shape again.
-
Roll up from top to bottom.
-
Place the rolled dough into the 450g toast box one by one, close the lid and wait for fermentation. (It’s summer now, so put it in the oven without a lid) (If you make it in winter, put it in the oven to ferment. Put a bowl of boiling water in the oven. No need to put water in summer)
-
When the baking box is 80% full, brush a layer of egg wash on top.
-
Cover the lid and put it in the middle and lower rack of the oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes. (If there is no lid, put it on the bottom layer, and adjust the temperature appropriately according to your own observation)
-
Once out of the oven, let cool and take out.
-
Let cool and slice. Just put it into a ziplock bag.
