I often make egg fried rice when I have leftover rice. Today I made omelette rice

Prepare the ingredients, put the rice in the microwave on high heat for three minutes

Chop cabbage, celery, green garlic and green onions and set aside

Heat up the wok with cold oil and sauté the onions and green garlic first

Add cabbage and celery and stir-fry evenly

Add the rice heated in the microwave, stir-fry evenly, and season with a little salt

Put a pan on another fire, heat the pan with cold oil, pour in the egg liquid seasoned with a little salt, and fry the egg pancake

After all the egg cakes are set, pour in the fried rice and fry slightly

Wrap the rice rolls with egg pancakes and it’s ready
