How to make grilled clams with prawns
Overview
This is the first time I use the oven to make home-cooked dishes. I didn’t expect it to be so easy to succeed. This grilled seafood dish uses a combination of Chinese and Western cooking techniques to make it into your favorite taste. Treat your taste buds to a seafood feast!

Clean the clams, add them to the boiling water, cook until the mouth opens slightly, pick out the clams with open mouths, and wash them again

Peel and cut onions into sections, spread evenly on the bottom of the cast iron pot

Cut the king oyster mushrooms into long strips with a paring knife and lay them flat on the onions

Add the carrots, a little oil and salt, and mix the vegetables well

Preheat the oven to 230℃ for 3 minutes and bake for 10 minutes

After baking for 10 minutes, take out the cast iron pan, place the prawns on top, and sprinkle black peppercorns and scallions on the surface

Return to the oven and bake for 15 minutes

Pour a little oil into the pot, add garlic and sauté until fragrant, add two tablespoons of Pixian bean paste, add an appropriate amount of water to cook the clams, and make a sauce. Take out the cast iron pot and place the clams on top in an orderly manner

Pour the sauce over the clams, put it back in the oven and bake for 5 minutes, then garnish with coriander and it’s done
