Tiger skin green pepper
Overview
This is my favorite side dish. It is delicious hot or cold, and is delicious with rice or porridge. With a non-stick pan, it is more convenient to cook and saves fuel. Just fry it slowly over medium heat and the simple deliciousness will come out.

Wash the green peppers and remove the stems. Give it a light tap. Add oil to the pot, add green peppers, fry over medium-low heat, and use a spatula to slowly press the peppers, turning the green peppers from time to time. Fry until both sides of the green pepper become wrinkled and soft, then remove and set aside.
-
Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the black bean paste, soybean paste, oyster sauce, sweet and sour sauce, and cook until it becomes a sauce.
-
Pour the fried green peppers into the juice, stir-fry for another two minutes to allow the flavors to infuse, then take them out and serve on a plate.
