Steps
-
The first thing is to beat the eggs. I beat seven. If I make small egg dumplings, I can fry about twenty. When I fry large egg dumplings, I only fry about ten, which is enough for a family.
-
Chop the carrots and pork, then add a little chicken powder, salt, cooking wine, peanut oil, starch, and soy sauce, and add some minced coriander.
-
The coriander as an ingredient is freshly picked. Titian relied on it.
-
In order to simplify the process and speed up the preparation, I fried the stuffing in the pan first and used pure peanut oil. Since all the ingredients were mixed, there was no need to add additional ingredients for frying.
-
Fry the stuffing and put it aside.
-
Clean the pan, add more peanut oil, then use a spoon to quickly pour the egg liquid into the pan, turn down the heat, and immediately pour some fried filling into the middle of the eggs, then flip the egg cake over and fold it in half to form a dumpling shape. Flip both sides and place on a plate.
-
I quickly fried more than a dozen giant egg dumplings. Now you can eat them as they are. They are cooked thoroughly. However, I personally need to simmer them a little longer to increase the flavor, and they are not that hot.
-
This is the last step. Pour the fried egg dumplings into the pot, add some water starch, then add an appropriate amount of coriander, soy sauce, chicken powder, etc. to reduce the juice, and you can serve it. It is super delicious and fragrant in one word.
