Pumpkin meat floss rolls and pumpkin bean paste rolls
Overview
I have always loved pumpkins! I like its sweetness and golden color. When I went back to my hometown during the National Day, my grandma planted a lot of them and had a good harvest! This year they are long ones. When we were leaving Xiamen, my daughter said she wanted more. She brought three long ones with her, so she had to try different ways to eat them. She has already made: pumpkin steamed bread, pumpkin lotus leaf sandwich, steamed pumpkin with red dates, pumpkin pie, pumpkin cake, pumpkin pig skin jelly... It is my first time to try making bread, and the color of the finished product is so beautiful! Golden!
