Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease the inside of the mold with a little butter

Melt butter over low heat

Add the melted chocolate solution over water, mix well, and let cool to room temperature

Crack the eggs into an egg bowl, sift the flour, caster sugar and salt and set aside. Add eggs and vanilla essence into a mixing bowl, beat with an electric egg beater until foamy, add sugar and continue beating until white and sticky

Slowly pour the butter chocolate liquid at room temperature into the egg liquid along the edge to avoid defoaming

Sift in the flour and salt, stir from the bottom and mix well

Pour half of the cake liquid, sprinkle a few mulberries on top, and continue filling the mold with cake liquid

Place in the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake at 160 degrees for about 25 minutes. Take out and let cool, slice into pieces, sprinkle with a little powdered sugar to decorate
