Kunbo Casserole Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Overview
As a Cancer, I love cooking food by nature. Recently, I saw the popular Kunbo casserole on Weibo and WeChat Moments, which is dry-cooked and can be cooled even if it is cooked. I was so fascinated by it that I decided to give it a try! I bought a Kunbo food-grade casserole a few days ago. It can be cooked dry or quenched without breaking the pot. It has good heat storage function and delayed simmering function. It is called a breathing pot. Lazy Bear and his family have always liked eating roasted sweet potatoes, but the roasted sweet potatoes sold in the streets are basically kneaded by sellers, and the taste is far different from directly roasted sweet potatoes. So in order for his family to eat delicious roasted sweet potatoes, Lazy Bear came up with an artifact - a Kunbo casserole that can be cooked even if it is dry-cooked or refrigerated.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash and drain the sweet potatoes and set aside
-
Place the grill rack into the casserole
-
Use an appropriate amount of tin foil and lay it out well. It is best if the tin foil is exposed outside the pot to capture the steam water and make the sweet potatoes taste more delicious.
-
Place prepared sweet potatoes into casserole dish.
-
Cover the pot and start roasting the sweet potatoes. Bake on high heat for about 20 minutes (the time depends on the size of the sweet potato. The larger the sweet potato, the longer it will take. Lazy Bear chose smaller sweet potatoes for easier roasting)
-
After 20 minutes, turn the sweet potatoes over, then change the heat to medium to low and bake for about 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
-
Just lift the lid off the pot and it's ready to go. The smell of roasted sweet potatoes fills the room. I ate one in an instant. It's super delicious, charred on the outside and tender on the inside!
