The appearance of coming out of the pan. When it first came out, it was full of syrup and I forgot to take a picture. This is what it looked like after it cooled down. The sugar was lumpy, but it was still delicious. The chestnuts were soft, glutinous, and sweet. I couldn't finish a pound of it in a day.
