Farm style----glutinous rice with diced pork
Overview
I still had some glutinous rice and minced meat left over from making glutinous rice balls, so I thought about it and made some glutinous rice with diced pork. This is a complete meal! !

Prepare the glutinous rice that has been soaked in advance (usually soaked for more than 8 hours).

Cut carrots into bites.

Wash the scallions and cut into chopped green onions

Add the soy sauce, salt and ginger to the minced meat and stir evenly. Heat the oil, pour in the minced meat and fry until cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside

Drain the glutinous rice, add an appropriate amount of salt, half a spoonful of light soy sauce, diced carrots, and stir-fry the minced meat. Put the glutinous rice into the steamer and steam for 15-20 minutes until cooked. Before serving, sprinkle chopped green onion over the surface of the glutinous rice.
