Shredded egg with coconut milk
Overview
I bought a scraper a few days ago and have been making shredded vegetables for the past two days. Yesterday, a cute little friend came to my house as a guest. I wanted to make something different for the child to eat. It should not only be beautiful, but also taste and nutritious. So the shredded eggs with coconut milk and full of eggy and milky flavor are out of the oven!

Boil the quail eggs in an electric pot, remove and peel them; shred the white radish, carrots, lettuce and ham and set aside;

Crack the eggs into a bowl and stir, then fry them in a greased electric pan until cooked, then put them into a disc; then put the shredded radish, lettuce, and ham on top of the eggs;

Place the shelled quail eggs along the eggs, and place mushrooms outside the quail eggs;

Place the disc into the steaming tray of the electric pot, add water to the outer pot and press the switch. It takes about 10 minutes.

Pour the coconut milk into the outer pot and heat it, add the cornstarch water, stir evenly and pour it into the disc.
