Pan-fried soft tofu
Overview
Silk tofu, also called southern tofu, has a high water content and a tender texture. In the hot summer, I often take out a piece of soft tofu from the refrigerator and eat it cold. The heat-relieving effect is instant and one person can eat one portion. Today I changed the way to eat it. Although the finished product is inconspicuous and the operation process is simple, the taste is amazing!

Steps
-
Wash the tofu and drain it with kitchen paper towels. Cut into pieces, not too thin or too small.
-
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add the tofu cubes in the cold oil, and fry over medium-low heat. During this time, use chopsticks and spatula to turn over until golden brown on both sides. The heat can be changed according to the color of the tofu in the middle. Do not fry it until it becomes burnt.
-
During the frying process, make a bowl of juice. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and water (about one third of the bowl)
-
Add the prepared sauce to the pot and reduce to medium high heat. When serving, sprinkle some cumin powder and chili powder according to personal taste.
