  1. Put the duck gizzards into a soup pot, add cooking wine, salt, onion knots, ginger slices, star anise, and dried chili peppers and cook.

  2. Pour oil into the pot, add peanuts in cold oil and fry over low heat until cooked.

  4. Cut the cucumber into shreds and place on a plate.

  6. Add peanuts.

  7. Add cilantro.

  8. Put minced ginger, minced garlic, green onions, and dried chili peppers in a bowl, heat some hot oil and pour in to stimulate the aroma.

  9. Then add fresh soy sauce, oyster sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar, sesame chili oil and sesame oil and mix well.

  10. Pour the prepared juice into the plate and mix well.
