Healthy oil-free version of muffins
Overview
The original muffins were too oily and I didn’t want the kids to eat too much. In addition, children always refuse to eat fruits, so I came up with this method. Other fruits should be fine too, I’ll try it next time.

Ingredients
Steps
-
As for the main ingredient, I only used two apples
-
Peel and cut the apple into small pieces, put it into a blender and add milk. Remove the skin and heart from two apples, which is exactly 200 grams.
-
Stir apples and milk thoroughly into apple puree
-
Add apple puree, sugar, eggs, milk powder, and baking powder to the sifted flour. You can also leave out the milk powder
-
Stir all the ingredients until there are no particles left
-
Divide the paper cups into the mold
-
Use a spoon to spoon into the paper cup, not too full
-
Add some dried cranberries to make it look better, or you can leave it out
-
Preheat the oven, bake at 180 degrees for 5 minutes, then turn to 150 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. When the time is up, wait for 5 minutes and take it out
-
I don’t know why it didn’t crack, maybe it was too low fire

Children like it very much. In the past, they rarely made muffins because they were too oily. This is good for health and allows children who don’t like fruits to eat fruits, hahaha
