Cut carrots and potatoes into cubes and set aside

Add salt to the cut chicken (I used pink salt, no table salt is available) a little soy sauce (I used Chubon) a little curry powder (the brand is as shown below)

After placing it, stir evenly and marinate for 10 to 15 minutes

Heat oil in a pot over medium heat, add diced potatoes and carrots and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until the potato fragrance comes out. If you add onions, stir-fry

Stir-fry the chicken in another pot, add potatoes and carrots, turn to low heat and prepare a large bowl of water

Stir fry quickly over high heat and add the water prepared in advance to cover the ingredients

Add two pieces of salt curry cubes (I like it thicker, you can increase or decrease it as appropriate) over medium heat and cover with a lid
