Stewed pork trotters with pickled radish

Wash the pig's trotters. Put it into a pot of boiling water, add ginger slices, green onions and cooking wine, blanch for five minutes, remove and rinse.

Take another pot, add enough water, add the pig's trotters and pickled radish, cover the pot and simmer.

After about forty-five minutes, add the carrots. Continue simmering until the pig's trotters are tender. I simmered it for about an hour total. Everyone should adjust the time accordingly according to the size of their own fire.
